Who You'll Meet at Zion

The Vicar

The Reverend (Father) Scott Allen Seefeldt has served Zion as Vicar (a priest appointed by the bishop) since 2016. Before that he served as the Rector of Trinity Episcopal Church in Baraboo, WI and as the assistant Rector of St. Michael’s in Racine. Born and raised in Wausau, Father Scott studied music at the University of Wisconsin—Madison and theology at Nashotah House Theological Seminary. He spent five years before seminary working in college ministry with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Father Scott does some bicycling in the warmer months, does a bit of gardening, and enjoys tinkering on his collector cars throughout the year. He is married to Stephanie Seefeldt, Zion’s organist and choirmaster. They have four children and two dogs.

The Assisting Priest

The Reverend Dr. Matthew S. C. Olver serves Zion as an assisting priest. He teaches Liturgics and Pastoral Ministry at nearby Nashotah House Theological Seminary and is canonically resident in the Episcopal Diocese of Dallas. Click HERE for more about Father Matthew.

Equally versed in the Anglican hymnbook tradition and contemporary Christian music, Stephanie also travels during the year to provide music for a variety of Christian conferences and seminars.
